We drove from Santa Fe with a few different shops in mind to visit. We needed suits for our wedding. Bert and Jess were the first on our list and our last stop. The experience was GREAT and we left with suits that fit both of our different styles. Bert and Jess are pros and the respect and genuine attentiveness I received here is unlike anything I've experienced in any other clothing establishment. Looking for something traditional? They have something for you. More modern? They have that as well. If I ever need another suit in the future, I'll be looking here and directing others to do the same.

Jess and Bert are fabulous and I will long remember how they took such excellent care of me. Came into their store around 10 minutes before 5 on a Saturday, totally frustrated after my shopping experience at a different shop, and needing a fine suit for my daughter's upcoming wedding. Did not even realize it was almost their closing time and they did not say a word! Instead they worked with me for over an hour, found me a classic, elegant suit, carefully marked it for the alterations. I just picked it up and the fit is perfect. These guys are great!

I brought my boys for their first suits and so Bert & Jess have now dressed three generations of my family. I’ve shopped here for many years and can’t believe it took me this long to write a review. There is simply no comparison to the service and quality you get from them. That said, the most remarkable thing about Bert and Jess is how they remember the details - the purchases I’ve made over the years and, more importantly, the details and care they show to my family and friends.

You will not go wrong by stoping by to see Bert and Jess! The store is excellent with high quality clothes and a Tailor to match. There is no other place in Albuquerque let alone the State that provides this level of high quality service!

Wonderful store with exceptional clothing and great personal attention. We were on vacation in Albuquerque when my husband said he'd done some investigation on finding a suit there. I was a little skeptical but willing to try Bert & Jess Clothiers, especially after going to some other well-known stores, and finding that their quality and fit has deteriorated dramatically. We were really having trouble finding suits for my husband. The result of the visit was two great pair of pants, a suit and a jacket and we could have bought much more! The quality of the clothes, the options for customizing and the personal attention are not readily found in stores today. Because of Bert & Jess my husband (normally not a shopper) is lamenting that there is not a direct flight to ABQ from where we live. Bert has said that he will work with us remotely which is wonderful.

Bert and Jess are an awesome team. We mainly worked with Jess, but both gentlemen are truly experts in their field. My partner and I both got fitted here and purchased quality items for our wedding. Very happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to return when looking for more pieces. The atmosphere that Bert and Jess create is reminiscent of a relaxed upper scale barbershop; a place where guys can have easy conversations in a clean, professional setting. Thank you both!

I went in today for my first time in the shop. It was like they have been dressing me my whole life. They are the two of the nicest guys I have met in long time. Me being a Blue collar all my life have never been about a tie around my neck and after talking with Jess about what was looking for and they truly listen. They help me pick nice lighter blue sports coat and it’s getting tailored to fit perfectly. With a nice white shirt and couple pocket squares now my Beautiful bride want be Embarrassed to hit the town with me.Thanks Again Bert and Jess for great customer service. I might have to drop by and bring some Brisket with me.

I’ll be officiating a wedding, and have gained a little weight since I last got fitted 😅 Walked in and got pretty much exactly what I wanted, with a lot of help and information from staff there. Bert & Jess were friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the stuff they were selling, and were able to help me find a shirt and pants that fit within my overall budget. Will absolutely return for my own wedding!

Amazing place, we came in from Bozeman, visiting family and needed a suit for my fiancé. Gone to a few other places in town, but they just felt..off. simple, suits that had no life or love. But Bert and Jess made us feel like they didn't want to just sell us a suit, but give my fiance something that made him feel and look good. Their love and passion for their craft shows. They were compassionate and efficient, definitely a quality over quantity. We got our suit in a timely fashion and well packaged. Thank you Bert and Jess.
